How can you receive your order?

The methods below are currently enabled for this store. Availability depends on your address, products and carrier conditions; checkout confirms the options for your order.

What does delivery cost?

The free-delivery threshold applies to standard DHL delivery within Poland. Our team quotes international deliveries and shipments requiring individual transport after checking the order; see “International delivery” below.

International delivery of lighting

We also ship orders to European Union countries. The table below helps you estimate transport costs before ordering. These are indicative rates for a standard parcel. Our team confirms the final charge after checking your products, packaging and delivery address.

Delivery priced individually. Send us the product link or SKU, quantity, destination country and postcode. We will check safe packaging, the number of parcels, their dimensions and weight, and provide a quotation for your approval before dispatch. If you have already ordered, include your order number. Multiple products or a large light fitting may require a separate quotation.

Indicative table assumptions: one large standard parcel up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm, with an actual weight of up to 31.5 kg and contents insured up to PLN 10,000. Amounts are in PLN including VAT. We used our earlier rates increased by 15%, the October fuel and road surcharge of 28%, and 23% VAT. A volumetric-weight surcharge for the large carton is included. This is an estimate as of 14 October 2026. Our team quotes smaller parcels, multiple packages, other services and higher-value orders individually.

The table shows indicative store rates for each country using the assumptions above. These are not guaranteed transport prices for every light fitting. If your destination is not listed, contact us to check delivery options and request a quotation.

Packaging dimensions matter

A standard DHL Parcel Connect parcel measures up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm and has an actual weight of up to 31.5 kg, including packaging. This size is a standard-parcel limit, not a promise of the lowest price. Large, lightweight packaging may increase the charge through volumetric weight. Non-standard parcels, pallet deliveries and additional services are quoted separately.

Our quotation accounts for carrier conditions, including fuel charges and any applicable surcharges. See DHL’s road-shipment information for current conditions. The free-delivery threshold within Poland does not apply to international orders.

When will we dispatch your lighting?

Dispatch depends on each product’s availability, shown on its product page. Items marked for fast dispatch are prepared from stock; others may need to be ordered from the supplier.

For an order containing several products, consider the availability of each item. Contact us before ordering if you need a particular date or a split delivery. Once dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available for your chosen service.

Collect from our Białystok showroom

If you choose personal collection at checkout, wait for confirmation that your order is ready. Not every light offered online is immediately available on display.
